The development of digital technology has transformed tourist behavior in searching for information, making reservations, and sharing travel experiences. Modern tourists increasingly rely on digital platforms, social media, and destination information systems when making travel decisions. However, many tourism villages continue to manage their destinations conventionally, resulting in relatively low competitiveness compared with destinations that have adopted digital technologies. Therefore, this community service program aimed to develop a strategic framework for tourism village development by utilizing digital technology through a community-based approach known as Community-Based Sustainable Tourism (CBST). The program applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through mentoring for tourism village managers. The CBST approach is important because it positions local communities as both the primary actors and the principal beneficiaries of tourism development. The program resulted in a strategic solution through the development of a community-based digital platform that functions as a medium for promotion, reservations, destination information, tour package management, and visitor monitoring through an integrated dashboard. Through this platform, village communities can manage tourism more independently, transparently, sustainably, and competitively.
