Policy on Plagiarism and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

All Authors, Researchers, and Contributors of Scientific Articles

Dear Sir/Madam,

In order to maintain academic integrity and the quality of scientific publications, we hereby announce the policy regarding plagiarism and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the preparation of scientific articles in our journal.

Plagiarism Policy:

  1. Plagiarism Tolerance Limit

    • Every submitted manuscript must have a maximum similarity index of 20% based on examination results using plagiarism detection software.
    • Manuscripts with plagiarism levels above 20% will be rejected or returned to the author for revision.
  2. Plagiarism Checking

    • All incoming manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism checking process using accredited software.
    • Authors are expected to conduct independent checks before submitting their manuscripts.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy:

  1. Permitted AI Usage

    • AI usage for technical writing improvement purposes, such as:
      • Spelling correction
      • Grammar enhancement
      • Sentence paraphrasing
      • Text readability improvement
  2. Prohibited AI Usage

    • AI usage to generate research substance, including but not limited to:
      • Generation of research data
      • Analysis and interpretation of research results
      • Formulation of research findings and conclusions
      • Automatic writing of entire or major portions of the manuscript
  3. AI Usage Detection

    • The journal reserves the right to examine manuscripts using AI-generated content detection tools.
    • Manuscripts indicated to use AI for generating research substance will be rejected.

 

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Direct rejection of the manuscript
  • Retraction of published articles
  • Prohibition of manuscript submission in the future
  • Reporting to the author's home institution

 

By submitting a manuscript, the author declares that:

  • The manuscript is original work and the result of directly conducted research
  • All cited sources have been properly acknowledged
  • AI usage (if any) is limited only to technical writing improvements

We expect the cooperation and commitment of all authors in maintaining academic integrity and scientific publication ethics. For further information, please contact the Editorial Board.
