Journal FAQ

  • How do I submit a manuscript to the journal?

Register on our journal website, then log in and click "New Submission." Follow the five steps: 1) Select section and check requirements; 2) Upload manuscript; 3) Enter metadata (title, abstract, authors); 4) Upload supplementary files; 5) Confirm submission. We accept manuscripts in Word (.doc/.docx) format, with figures as high-resolution images (TIFF, JPEG, PNG at 300+ dpi). Tables should be editable and included in the main document or as separate files.

  • How does the peer review process work and how long does it take?

We use double-blind peer review. After initial screening (1-2 weeks), manuscripts are assigned to an Associate Editor who selects at least two expert reviewers. The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks. Based on reviewer feedback, editors decide to accept, request revisions, or reject. The entire process from submission to first decision usually takes 8-12 weeks. After acceptance, production takes about 3-4 weeks before online publication.

  • Is this journal indexed and what is its impact factor?

See our indexing information at the page bottom or on the "Indexing" page in the About section. We're indexed in databases including International. For our current impact factor and other metrics, check the journal's About page. We regularly update this information and track alternative metrics like article downloads and social media citations.

  • What are your policies on plagiarism and AI-generated content?

We have strict policies against plagiarism. Articles with similarity index of 20%+ or containing more than 100 words from a single source without proper citation will be rejected. All submissions are checked with iThenticate.

For AI content: Authors must disclose any AI tool usage. Acceptable uses include grammar editing, literature searches, and formatting help. AI should not generate core research content, primary text, research questions, or interpret results without human oversight. Manuscripts primarily AI-generated without disclosure will be rejected.

  • How do I track my submission or reset my password?

Track submissions by logging in and clicking "Submissions" to see their status. For password resets, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow instructions. To update your profile, log in, click your username, select "View Profile," and use the "Edit" button to modify your information.

  • What are the formatting and citation requirements?

Use A4 page size, 1-inch margins, double-spaced 12-point Times New Roman font. Structure your manuscript with: Title Page, Abstract (250 words max), Keywords (4-6), Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References, Tables, and Figure Captions. We follow APA citation style. In-text citations should include author name(s) and publication year. The reference list should be alphabetically ordered by author surname.

  • What happens after my paper is accepted?

After acceptance, you'll receive instructions for next steps, including paperwork and any applicable fees. Our production team will prepare your manuscript through copyediting, typesetting, and creating proofs. You'll receive proofs to review before final publication. Your published article will receive a DOI and be available online in the current issue. To review galley proofs, log in, navigate to your submission, and check the "Production" tab.

  • What are the journal's open access and copyright policies?

We follow an open access model where all articles are freely available online. Authors retain copyright while granting the journal publishing rights. We use Creative Commons licensing, allowing others to use content with proper attribution. Authors can share their published articles through personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic networks with appropriate credit to the original publication.
